Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and share customer insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
